For 2022, Dewar’s focus was bringing modernity to their brand. As the years passed they lost consistency through the different ranges and fell behind in ranks for the top whiskey.

PRIOR TO THE DEWAR’S REBRAND

Dewar’s heavily relied on rivets, etchings and one variant of copper. Making it hard to keep up with brands that had a modern flare.

Our aim with the new Dewars brand book is to create synergy through Dewars, Cask, Core and Double Double Ranges. This was done by revamping the Dewar’s copper so that it could be versatile to work in different settings without becoming redundant. We stripped away all the extras and thoughtfully curated the brand back together. Giving purpose to their secondary typeface Baskerville and creating systems that can keep them consistent.
